Pickleball Round Robin Mixer is made by Accessible.Ethical (Accessible Ethical Apps LLC). This policy explains what the app does with information. The short version: the app keeps everything on your phone and sends none of it to us.
Nothing. We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no way for us to identify you.
Everything you type into the app is saved only on your device:
The app sends none of it to us. We have no server for it to go to, and no way to see it.
One thing to know: if your phone’s own backup is switched on, it may include this app’s saved data. On Android that is Google’s backup to your Google account, and on an iPhone it is Apple’s backup to your iCloud account. That copy sits in your own account, under Google’s or Apple’s terms rather than ours, and we cannot see it. You can stop it in your phone’s backup settings.
Deleting the app deletes the copy on your phone.
The app can turn a round or a standings table into an image and hand it to your phone’s own share sheet. Where that image goes is entirely your choice, and the app has no part in it. The app never uploads images anywhere.
The app checks for software updates when it starts, using Expo’s update service (Expo is part of 650 Industries, Inc.). That request tells Expo’s servers only what is needed to send the right update — such as your app version, platform and IP address. It carries none of your events, players or scores. You can read Expo’s privacy policy at https://expo.dev/privacy.
The app also checks for updates when you download it from, and when it is updated through, the App Store or Google Play. Those stores’ own policies cover that.
There are none. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not use third-party software development kits that collect data.
The app collects no information from anyone, including children.
The app asks for no permissions. It can vibrate and play a sound for its round timer, and keep the screen awake while a timer or a courtside display is open. Neither needs your approval and neither involves the microphone, the camera, your photos, your contacts or your location.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date above.
