Overview
Pickleball Tournament Manager is a mobile application for organizing pickleball tournaments. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
Information We Collect
The app is designed to keep your data private.
Tournament data (tournaments, teams, players, scores, and standings) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to any server.
Feedback you choose to send. The app includes an optional in-app feedback form on the About screen. If, and only if, you choose to use it, the feedback message you write and the email address you optionally provide are sent to the developer. You are never required to submit feedback or provide an email to use the app.
We do not collect location data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or any personal information beyond what you voluntarily submit through the feedback form.
Data Storage
Tournament data remains exclusively on your device. Feedback submissions (your message and, if provided, your email) are stored using Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore, a hosting service, on the developer’s behalf. They are accessible only to the developer.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) solely to store feedback you submit. Google processes this data as our service provider. See Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. The app does not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics services, social media platforms, or data brokers.
How We Use Your Information
Feedback and any email you provide are used only to read your feedback, respond to you, and improve the app. They are never used for advertising or tracking.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Feedback data is not shared with anyone other than the service provider (Google Firebase) used to store it.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may request that your submitted feedback and email be deleted at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Children’s Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The feedback form and email field are entirely optional and user-provided.
Changes to This Policy
Updates will be noted by changing the Last Updated date at the top of this document.
